The project is perfectly located around the new central square “Place des Bassins” which will ultimately be the heart of Belval. The building will have a variation of heights creating a natural oasis in an urban environment.

Retail is concentrated on the ground floor and will comprise a market place for urban farm products in order to create a social and green area where a restaurant using local produce will be integrated.
