This week Agora has presented its annual results for the site of Belval. With 43,000 sqm placed in 2018, the urban development company beats once again all records for the sales of land in Belval.

CONSTRUCTION OF OMNIA ENTRUSTED TO CLE

Congratulations to CLE, Compagnie Luxembourgeoise d'Entreprises who has been entrusted the construction of the iconic OMNIA RESIDENCE TOWER.
Standing 16 floors tall, this landmark building designed by MORENO ARCHITECTURE comprises one bank and ground and first floor as well as 106 apartments over a total surface of 9,700 sqm. This project has been co-developed by LUXEMBOURG CAPITAL and IKO REAL ESTATE.

Construction works on Southlane Tower II are progressing very well with construction in line with planning.
Currently the construction company is working on the first floor and the structure of floor it is projected to be terminated by the end of 2019. Construction of the building structure has started End of September 2018. TRALUX Construction (www.tralux.lu) have been appointed as General Contractor.

With its first centers located 2 Place de Paris and 16 Avenue de la Liberté in the Station District, Ginkgo Solutions Facilities has decided to set up a new business center in Belval.
Thanks to CBRE Luxembourg's advice, Ginkgo has chosen to purchase the first floor of the Southlane Tower III building located Avenue du Swing. The purchased surface has a size of 1,150 sqm. The move will occur before the end of 2017 for an inauguration in January 2018.

Completing the skyline, Southlane Tower II will comprise a total of 7.000 sqm of prime office and retail space. With Southlane Tower I and Tower III already delivered, the launch of the construction is scheduled in Q3 2017.
