Located on the Schengerwiss site in Remerschen, the shopping mall stands right in front of the Schengen motorway exit (A13, exit 13). This strategic position on 3 borders on the N10 / CR152 is highly accessible.

The wine-making village of Remerschen is part of Schengen, 4,500 inhabitants. It is located in a primary catchment area of about 24,000 inhabitants, apart from the cross-border dwellers who will enjoy the Sunday morning opening.

ARCHITECT

Designed by Tom Beiler, from Beiler + François Architects Luxembourg office, the building is wrapped in a wood cladding. It melts into the landscape, among vineyards and Moselle.
